This is me for the first time ever looking, reading and responding to this post (it is thursday night 1230 and I have let my guard down to participate in this).
Bat Tzion we very much enjoyed your chidon and I appreciate the title conferred upon me by you. I was wondering seeing that you are the spelling wiz if the honour was spelled like that in my honor or was it a slip up allowing us a glimpse into your hidden past where Israeli teachers taught you British english.
Anyways we enjoyed reading everybodys posts and regards to all networked landesmans (did SBC ever come and fix the phone or did you get a plumber to fix it instead).

actually Bubby Z"L (hard to say...) changed it, and put jam ontop but we all know what the real way was:
8 cups flower.
8 tsp baking powder.
0.5 Kg butter .
2 "shamenet"(figure out how much that is with american size sour cream)
1.5 cups suger.
2 tsp vanilla.
1 tsp lemon grind (?).
8 egg yolks.
HOW?
mix butter and suger.
add:sour cream,eggs,vanilla,lemmon.
add:flour,baking powder.
keep in fridge over night or for a few hours.
roll to about 1 cm thick and cut round cookies.
mix:egg whites with ground nut and suger(Dassie u can skip the nuts....)
dip each cookie and bake for ? (doesn`t say)
DONT FINISH THEM BEFORE SHAVUOT"!

Hey Everyone. Whatsup? So ure wonderin what S.S.S. stands for? well I won't keep you 'Bemetach' for too long - Still Single Sister!!! ( and i'd like to remain so for now, thank you!)
Tehila, this is really a response for what you wrote to me so yeah...
I went with Velvel for a date ( for all of you who don't know, let me update you, Velvel is my babay, yep. Born in 1987 (we're just a yr. a part) he's the loudest, kvetchiest station wagon you have ever seen!!! Though it's no mustang, I love my Volvo. Anyway, the date was quite expensive - with $3.45 per Gallon it was about $75 just to fill him up. The date to the Kosher mart went pretty well (we have food in the house) except I think we're going to quickly- Velvel refuses to reverse ( this is no joke, it is Mekarte'a like crazy when I put on R) but it's okay cuz i'm giving him back real soon.
Okay gotta go to work. Love you all
p.s. Tehila- I wrote in pink for you, but there's no way my wedding is pink!!!
