it's a bnei beitcha- going very fast, 50% anglos, rest israeli- chareidi mizrachi, some mefunei gush katif, right next door to where where michael's sister bought a house (beit chilkiya)
Nati and adina are moving there this winter, their house is almost finished.
He is a computer programer, she is a physical therapist... they have three little children and used to live right next door to us on Crest. They made aliya three years ago to beit shemesh but couldn;t make it financially, so went back to the usa, lived with her parents in LA for a few years, saved $ and are now moving back.
Nati told me that he has extensively researched all options for young couples like themselves (He is originally Israeli) and would be happy to share any info he has with you.
