Recently, there has been a growing interest in the writing of poetry. According to an unnamed (and unreliable) survey, the percentage of budding, aspiring poets has risen sharply within the last 48 hours (well, at least within the Landesman family). I would attempt to compete
with my bro in law Pete
But he is talented - that's sure
and my muse ain't no more
To even take on such a yoke
would turn me into mockery, a joke
And my brothers at that, are always better
It's a way for them to cover up their lack of rhyme and meter
and so dear gis, husband of our beloved dassie
I clear the stage with a respectful curtsy
I hail thee masterful poetaster
